Standard Tours in Nepal
Prayer flagsOur standard tours are aimed at those who wish to explore Nepal in comfort, while still getting out into the countryside, and enjoying much of what Nepal has to offer.  We feature hotels and lodges full of character, (including the Shanker Hotel in Kathmandu, formerly a royal palace), without using the most expensive accommodation, so keeping the cost of the tours down (upgrades to the highest available level of hotels and lodges are available on request). Some parts of the tours may still by necessity use more basic accommodation (such as while trekking or rafting), but this will not comprise the majority of the tour. We include all transfers and provide fully trained local Nepalese guides throughout.

*New* - From July 2009, all overland journeys between towns/regions in Nepal are now done using private transport instead of public tourist coaches (eg. Pokhara/Kathmandu, Chitwan/Kathmandu). Any tours featuring a trek include a trekking pack (sleeping bag, trekking poles, down jacket), all meals on your trek, and any internal flight costs. There are no local payments on our tours.
