Nepal's mountainous landscape, and the huge amounts of snow deposited high up in the Himalayas every year, mean that the country has some of the best white-water rafting rivers in the world. We offer rafting tours on several of these rivers to give you a taste of the excitement this rafting can offer, as you travel downstream through forest, jungle and remote terraced farmland, negotiating exhilarating rapids and calm peaceful water on the way, and camping overnight on white sandy beaches by the river. Nepal Rafting tour options range from short 1 to 3 night rafting trips on the Seti, Trisuli, Kali Gandaki or Bhote Khosi rivers, to longer expedition style rafting trips on the Sun Kosi and Karnali rivers.
After exploring the fascinating city of Kathmandu, we enjoy a few days of exciting white-water rafting on the scenic Seti river. Next we head to Chitwan National Park for a full range of safari activiites in the park, with the chance to see numerous types of wildlife, including the endangered one-horned rhinoceros and possibly a tiger.
The Sun Kosi is one of the top ten white water rivers in the world, and this immensely powerful and turbulent river provides the ultimate challenge to any brave enough to try.
