Cultural Tours in Nepal
Face masks of Hindu godsNepal is shrouded in myths and legends, and as well as being home to the highest mountains on earth and spectacular scenery, the country has an extremely rich cultural heritage. Bordered by India and China, this tiny independent Hindu Kingdom has maintained its own sovereignty and identity, but still has a wide range of different ethnic groups with different agriculture and lifestyles. These change mainly as you progress northwards from the lowland plains near India, the Terai, through the midland foothills, the Pahar, and up into the mountainous Himalaya itself. Our Cultural tours are designed to help you learn more about these different peoples, ways of life, and religions in Nepal, while still enjoying the scenery, wildlife and activities available.

We also have a range of trekking and multi-activity tours, which give you a chance to experience and learn about the cultures of Nepal as part of a mixed itinerary.
